Management & Project Team: CARD’s management and program team combine hands-on experience, technical expertise, and youth-focused innovation. From climate-smart agriculture and digital entrepreneurship to gender equality and monitoring & evaluation, the team implements transformative programs that turn local challenges into sustainable opportunities. Key initiatives include Agri Growth Estate (AGE), which equips youth with climate-smart farming skills, and Form2World Digital Marketing Center, which provides market access, mentorship, and green livelihood opportunities.
